Greek National Woodland Parks

In Greece 10 areas have been declared National Woodland Parks or “Ethikoi Drymoi” (different from National Parks)

They are territories that got this classification in 1971. Usually, they consist of a Core and a Peripheral Zone.
They are all now part of the much wider network of Natura 2000.
